Guest Services Team
Our lovely Guest Services team are here to help you with any questions you may have before and also when you arrive at Mt Baw Baw. They are located at the Administration Office on the mountain. Please visit Guest Services for general information about the Resort, to purchase tickets for activities or to organise accommodation.

Getting to your accommodation
Upon arriving at the resort, check Guest Services and they will be able to direct you to your accommodation on the mountain. If you don’t want to struggle with your bags, you can get them delivered to your lodge door. Arrange over snow transport with Guest Services, it’s just $50 a load, including up to 6 passengers. Accommodation check-in
Our Guest Services team will be able to assist you with checking in to your accommodation. They are located at the Administration Office. If you are checking in after-hours, please inform the team at time of booking.
Buying lift tickets
Upon entering the resort, you can purchase your lift tickets at 3 locations:
- Ticket Sales at the Snowsports Building
- The Administration Building
- Cactus Black General Store

A Public Phone is located in the Day Car Park (Carpark 1)
Mobile phones will work but may provide patchy coverage in more remote areas of the resort. Telstra provides Digital, NextG and CDMA coverage to the resort whilst Optus provides Digital services only. Vodafone is not represented on the mountain.
Car Park
- Day Visitors- the car park closest to the village entrance (car park 1)
- Overnight guests- Please park in car parks 2 or 3
Groceries & Eating Out
- There are numerous restaurants and bars at Mt Baw Baw! click here for more information
- Located in the village, the Cactus Black General Store stocks souvenirs and basic food supplies
- Please be advised that there is NO Supermarket on mountain, so please stock up before you arrive
ATM’s

Lockers
Lockers are available for hire during the day on mountain at Mount Baw Baw Ski Hire
