Mt Baw Baw employs staff in a wide variety of positions including Guest Services Officers, Operations Officers, Food & Beverage Officers, Guest Services Officers, Resort Entry and Chain Fitting, Shuttle / Oversnow Drivers, Retail / Rental, Snow Sport Instructors, Ski Patrollers, Housekeeping, Lift Operators, Snow Grooming and more.

We are accepting Expression of Interest to work in the following departments:

  • Hospitality
  • Operations
  • Visitor Experience
  • Ski Patrol

SARMB will hold a copy of your resume on our records for a maximum period of 6 months. During this time, your resume will be shared with the appropriate hiring manager who will contact you to discuss any suitable roles.
