Does my lesson include equipment hire?

No.

Ski/Snowboard and clothing hire is not included in the price and must be arranged separately.

Where do I go to start my lesson?

Please ensure you arrive at the Snowsports building here 10 minutes prior to your lesson.

  • If you miss your start time, we will try to find an alternative session, but this is not guaranteed and refunds cannot be provided.
  • Changing your lesson time due to lateness incurs a $20 rescheduling fee.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations on the day of the lesson.

How long does it take to hire equipment?

Please allow at least 1.5 to 2 hours to collect your equipment, as it can get busy. This also allows time to ensure everything fits comfortably.

Please Note: Weekends and School Holidays are peak periods. To minimise delays and reduce queue times, we recommend arriving early in the morning. While this can help, please be aware that longer wait times may still occur during these busy periods.

If you’re not sure if you can make it for a morning session – consider staying overnight or booking in the afternoon.

Can I cancel on the day if it is cold, windy, or wet?

Refunds will not be provided for cancellation on day of lesson. If you do not arrive for your lesson, it is considered a cancellation.

Your brain is valuable so lets protect it. Besides, helmets are cool now.
