A Resort Entry fee is applicable to all motor vehicles and passengers of coaches and taxis entering all Victorian Ski Resorts during the declared snow season ( 8 June to 29 September 2013)
2013 Online Resort Entry Permits
Winter 2013 resort entry permits are available online with our quick, easy and secure system.
The pre purchase system allows you more time on the snow!
Day permits can be purchased via Alpine Easy Access prior to arriving at Mt Baw Baw. Season Entry Permits are also available and provide great value if you are planning to visit the resort for an extended period of time. Please take the time to consider which option offers the best value for you!

*BUS: means a motor vehicle (together with any trailer attached to it), seating more than 12 adults (including the driver) - Road Safety Act 1986. All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices are applicable from 08 Jun -31 August 2013 unless declared otherwise. MOTORBIKES: The entry of a motorbike into the Resort is dependent on current conditions at the time of Resort entry. If wheel chains are being fitted to passenger vehicles, motorbikes are not permitted to enter the Resort. Fees are pursuant to the number of days a vehicle stays within the Resort.
SENIORS aged 65 years or over must arrange their free Resort Entry with our Guest Services staff in the Administration Building on mountain when they arrive, along with car registration details & proof of age card. All passengers in the vehicle must be over 65 years.
Failure to purchase Resort Entry permits will result in penalty infringements.

- On your way to Baw Baw: Kiosk at Erica Ski Hire or Baw Baw Sports & Outdoors (credit card)
- At Mt Baw Baw: Kiosk inside Carpark 1 Visitor Centre (credit card) or Resort Administration Building (credit card or cash)
PARKING: the car park closest to the village entrance (car park 1) is strictly for day visitors only.
Overnight guests are required to park in car parks 2 or 3. See map for more car park locations.

Where do your Resort Entry Fees Go?
The resort entry fees paid for access to Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort help to fund a wide range of visitor services provided to you by the Mt Baw Baw Resort Management Board.
Your Resort Entry Fees help cover such things as:
- Mt Baw Baw ski patrol
- Village snow clearing
- Traffic and car parking management
- Cross country trail grooming
- Waste management
- Environmental management
and a variety of services provided by the Resort Management Board.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY – ASSUMPTION OF RISK
THESE CONDITIONS WILL AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
This ticket is purchased from the Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort Management Board (the supplier) for the use in the Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort Crown Land Reserve subject to the following conditions: -
1 – The supplier, its employees and agents shall have no liability whatsoever in negligence, breach of contract or statute or statutory duty (including conditions or warranties implied by Section 74 of the Trade Practices Act 1974 or by Part 2A of the Fair Trading Act 1999) to the Entrant/User, their Dependant/s of legal representative for personal injury or death suffered by the Entrant/User arising in any way whatsoever from the supply of recreational services, including but not limited to, skiing, snowboarding, rail jam snowboarding, rail jam skiing, tobogganing, mountain boarding, mountain boarding lessons, skiing or snowboarding lessons, the use of ski lifts, the use of the terrain parks, use of the ride parks, the use of rails and jumps, all ski area services and facilities including snow clearing, operations of the ski patrol, the condition, layout, construction, design or use of pedestrian areas, roads, car parks, buildings, ski runs or slopes or the presence of people or objects thereon or any associated sporting activities or similar leisure time pursuits associated in any way whatsoever with being in Alpine and or snow affected terrain.
2 – The Entrant/User acknowledges that these activities are dangerous with many inherent risks as a result of which personal injury (and sometimes death) are common and ordinary consequences and assumes and accepts all risk of personal injury or death in any way whatsoever arising from such activities.
3 – WARNING: If you participate in these activities your rights to sue the supplier under the Fair Trading Act 1999 if you are killed or injured because the activities were not supplied with due care and skill or were not reasonably fit for their purpose, are excluded, restricted or modified in the way set out in or on this notice. NOTE: The change to your rights, as set out in or on this notice, does not apply if your death or injury is due to gross negligence on the supplier’s part. “Gross negligence” is defined in the Fair Trading (Recreational Services) Regulations 2004.
4 – This ticket must be displayed on the windscreen or the driver’s side window and be clearly visible. It remains the property of the supplier, is not transferable and cannot be resold. It is valid only for the date/s shown. No replacement or refund will be made for its loss or in the event of poor climate/snow conditions if any lift service or other facility is not operating or open. It is void if the seal is broken. The Entrant/User shall comply with the Alpine Responsibility Code and signs or other directions of the supplier and the ticket may be suspended or cancelled and access to lifts, services and other facilities denied at the absolute discretion of the supplier for non-compliance or for reckless or careless conduct. Entry into Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort without a valid pass is an offence.
5 – The Entrant/User consents to the taking of photographs by the supplier and agrees that any photographs taken may be used for promotional purposes associated with the Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort.
