End of 2024 snow season declared
Mt Baw Baw has announced the end of 2024 snow season as of 5pm Sunday the 1st of September
After fantastic snow conditions in July, strong visitation through school holidays and early August – less than ideal conditions recently mean Mt Baw Baw has announced it will end ski lift and toboggan park operations for the current season from Sunday 1st September.
Resort Entry Passes have been discounted to $44 until end of season with toboggan park access free through to Sunday. From Monday 2nd of September entry fees will no longer apply however snow chain carrying may still be declared if conditions require.
Key details:
- Guests with pre-purchased entry, lift passes or activity passes between the 2nd and 8th of September should contact the Resort by email or complete the refund request form online if you do not receive contact from us.
- Village Central will open from 9.30am to 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9.30am to 8.00pm (Friday to Sunday) for from Monday the 2nd of September.
- Further details of our planned summer (green season) operations will be published on our website in the near future
- The next event on our calendar is the Baw Baw Sprint car rally in October.
The Resort would like to take the opportunity to thank our guests, stakeholders and community for the enjoyable season and would love to see anyone who hasn’t visited yet this season up for the last hurrah of winter. Conditions for skiing on Hut Run and the toboggan park will be updated on our website and by email until Sunday.
