Weddings & Commitment Ceremonies
The Mount Baw Baw Village and surrounding Alpine National Park provides you with an array of ceremony locations from intimate ceremonies on the Village Restaurant deck or in the Village Square to a number of unique locations within the boundaries of the Village with marquee set up available. For those adventurous couples an unforgettable ceremony can be had at the mountain’s summit. Located in the heart of the Mt Baw Baw Village, the Village Restaurant provides you and your party with a modern reception venue seating up to 70 people. Enjoy spectacular views out over the valley and from the alfresco dining deck.

Alpine Accomodation for Everyone
Make your wedding a memorable weekend away and allow your guests to relax by removing any travel concerns and inviting them to stay. Mt Baw Baw offers a variety of affordable on-mountain accommodation to suit any budget. Include an accommodation option on your invite and we will treat you (the bride and groom) to one night complimentary accommodation on the night of your wedding. We understand that the entertainment you bring to your reception is integral to the success of the occasion, some couples choose to have a DJ, others choose live entertainment. The Functions & Events Team can book either for you.
Booking and Site Fees
An administration fee of $800 for a full day set-up and night event is payable upon reservation of the booking date (site coordination, liaison with suppliers, National Parks, exclusive hire of Village Restaurant). This fee also includes free use of the Mount Baw Baw Resort for wedding photos.
Conferences and Corporate Bookings
With a wide range of group activities and educational workshops available, our events team will be able to tailor your visit to suit your needs. Whether it be a day at the snow, hiking, cross-country skiing or mountain biking, everything you need for a great Corporate Team Building day is here at Mount Baw Baw.
Mount Baw Baw is a world away from the office and offers a unique conferencing, team building and corporate entertaining venue. The Resort is also the perfect place to bring social and school groups. With a wide range of group activities and educational workshops available, our events team will be able to tailor your visit to suit your needs. Our conference room at Village Restaurant is large enough to accommodate 40 people max, with a selection of delicious food and beverage for your group to enjoy.
